Return & Refund Policy — Kashf Maqsood

Written to align with Google Merchant Center's required return policy elements: return window, condition, who pays return shipping, refund method, and process to initiate a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order is marked delivered. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances:

  • All Trading Card Games products — sealed booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, and other sealed card products

This exclusion exists because sealed collectible card products cannot be verified as unopened once they leave our warehouse, and their resale value depends entirely on factory-sealed condition.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@kashfmaqsood.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  3. Ship the item to the return address below, at your own cost
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection

Restocking Fee

An 80% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. You'll be refunded 20% of the item's purchase price; original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. (Processing time in business days not yet defined — add once confirmed.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@kashfmaqsood.shop. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — these cases are exempt from the restocking fee and return-shipping requirement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of being placed, provided they haven't yet been fulfilled. After this window, or once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies instead.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item under the policy above and place a new order for a replacement.
